Multi-party scheduling
has been broken
since email was invented.
The old way
You find a slot for two people. By the time you check the third, the first is gone. Start over. Repeat. For high-stakes meetings — deals, partnerships, client relationships — every failed scheduling attempt costs more than time.

One scan · every calendar
✦ Under the hood
More than a scheduling tool.
A scheduling engine.
Built for the meetings that break booking links — multi-party, cross-organization, and too important to chase by hand.
Multi-party scan
Scans connected attendee calendars in parallel and ranks the best shared openings. No polling needed when calendars are connected.
Coordinator Mode
Introduce the right people, then let Pinbook handle the calendar math. Built for assistants, brokers, operators, and dealmakers coordinating on someone else’s behalf. Private direct scheduling.
Cascade unblocking
When no slot works, Pinbook identifies the constraint and sends a short list of viable group-overlap times. They choose what works; Pinbook rescans and locks it in.
Multi-country, time-zone aware
Pinbook scans availability with each attendee’s calendar time zone and work hours in mind. For overseas meetings, attendees can optionally share broader availability during connect.
Bottleneck diagnosis
When a meeting won’t land, Pinbook shows the constraint and the next best action. Full drill-down — soon.
Manual override
When calendars aren’t connected, availability can still be added manually — by the organizer or the attendee. Pinbook uses it like connected availability for that pin and keeps the meeting moving.
✦ Real threads
What scheduling really costs
— documented, not guessed.
Real scheduling threads from one working desk over nine months — every email count, reply gap, and timeline recorded as it happened, not estimated after.
Founder-documented from 30 real scheduling threads (Sep 2025–Jun 2026, 55+ people, 180+ messages), recorded as they happened. The $32K–$40K/year range is a conservative extrapolation — 400–500 hours at an $80/hour loaded cost. Individual results vary.
One delayed deal, one lost client, one missed close. On a real funding deal, a single slip can cost more than decades of Pinbook.
Privacy, by design
Pinbook sees when.
Never what.
Your calendar is yours — and so is every attendee's. Pinbook only reads free/busy status for everyone who connects. Never titles, names, locations, or notes. Not yours. Not theirs. When you share a booking page for 1-on-1s, you choose which windows to show — but your meeting details stay invisible. Whether you're a solo founder or a 200-person firm, privacy isn't a feature. It's the foundation.

Common questions
The fine print, in plain words.
What’s the catch?
Nothing hidden. Founder spots are free, but they’re meant for people who actually use Pinbook. Schedule at least one pin each month and your Founder status stays with you.
What counts as “active”?
One pin per month. Group meetings, booking-page meetings, social plans — if Pinbook helped make it happen, it counts.
What if I miss a month?
We’ll send a reminder. Miss two consecutive months and we’ll send another. Schedule a pin at any point and you’re back in good standing.
Ignore both and we’ll assume you’ve achieved executive-level scarcity — and your Founder spot passes to someone on the waitlist.
Can I transfer or sell my Founder spot?
No. Founder status belongs to your account and can’t be transferred or sold.
We admire the entrepreneurial spirit, though.
Do I get future Pin Pro+ features?
Yes. Founder members receive every future Pin Pro+ feature automatically. As Pinbook grows, your plan grows with it.
Early adopters should get more than a commemorative badge.
Can I cancel? Will I be charged?
Of course. Close your account whenever you’d like. We don’t bill you, and we don’t guilt you. If you leave, your Founder spot returns to the waitlist.
Is my calendar data safe?
Pinbook sees when, never what.
We use availability to find time. Event titles, descriptions, notes, and attendees stay private.
Your dentist, therapist, and surprise birthday plans remain your business.
