These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pinbook website (pinbook.ai), application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Pinbook, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, connecting a calendar, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Pinbook is a scheduling platform that connects participants' calendars to find mutually available meeting times and create confirmed calendar events. See our Privacy Policy for data practices.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By connecting your calendar to Pinbook, you grant permission to: (a) read your calendar's availability data, and (b) create new calendar events for meetings you have confirmed. You may disconnect any calendar at any time from your Pinbook settings. Disconnection immediately revokes access and deletes your access credentials from our servers.
When you invite attendees to a pin, they will receive an email invitation to connect their calendar. Attendees do not need to create a Pinbook account to participate. Attendee calendar connections are subject to the same privacy protections as organizer connections. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6.1 Free Plan. Pinbook offers a free plan with limited features. Current limits are shown at pinbook.ai/pricing. The free plan may be modified at our discretion.
6.2 Paid Plans. Paid subscription plans (Pin Pro, Pin Pro+, Pin Teams, Enterprise) are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the applicable rate.
6.3 Pricing Changes. We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Users with locked-in early bird or promotional pricing will retain their rate as specified at the time of subscription.
6.4 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
6.5 Payment Processing. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Pinbook never receives, stores, or processes your credit card or bank account information. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to all payment transactions.

The Service, including its design, code, features, content, and branding, is owned by Pinbook, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent. The Pinbook name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Pinbook, LLC.
We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including third-party API outages from Google, Microsoft, or Apple). We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
Pinbook relies on third-party calendar APIs (Google Calendar API, Microsoft Graph API, Apple CalDAV). Changes to these third-party services may affect Pinbook's functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to such changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with all third-party services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINBOOK, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
PINBOOK'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO PINBOOK IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Pinbook is a scheduling coordination tool. We are not responsible for the outcome of meetings scheduled through the Service, including but not limited to: missed meetings due to incorrect calendar data, scheduling conflicts arising from third-party API delays, or business decisions made based on meetings coordinated through Pinbook.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinbook, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your settings. Account deletion permanently removes all your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pinbook, LLC regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
